You've reached the end
Bro circumcized the asparagus.
2 hours later you've got enough for 15 servings.
No butter nor a cartouche?! I feared this day would come…
Sometimes I really like being a common person. I just cook the entire asparagus and then eat whatever I want of it
Dang man, where you getting those Magnum asparagus?😂😂😂😂
“We never boil our green vegetables” Well this is fucking news to me
I use a potato peeler and shave off the bottom ...so much easier.
‘this leads to a lot of waste’ -proceeds to cut the bottom half of the longer ones off so it looks prettier on the plate🤨
I feel like using the smallest asparagus as a reference and then STILL cutting off a huge amount from the longer ones just for aesthetics defeated the whole "do this to avoid unnecessary waste" argument.
Bro the thinner the better tho. Those are some monster stalks.
I use the fibrous stalks for broth. I don't have to deal with the hassle of peeling the stalks but I have 0 waste.
I always brown it a little. I love when the tips get crispy.
I love wrapping them in bacon and throwing into the oven. The mix of salty smokey meat around the awesome asparagus is just epic every time!
When sautéing the asparagus, use a cartouche to keep in the moisture and add in the daintiest smidge (>1kt) of browned butter for that delicious nutty flavor
I just put mine into the oven until they're crispy with a little bit of oil and salt. Best asparagus I've ever made. Works with brussel sprouts too!
Can you do all green veg next now that it's clear I've been doing them all wrong apparently
I feel like peeling the asparagus would be a lot easier with something mad like an adjustable pencil sharpener
Damn, you must hate asparagus if even Fallow can’t convince you it’s good.
I dunno what it is about this channel that makes its followers turn up the hilarity volume😂
i literally just bought a bunch of asparagus from sam's club, this is amazing
