I used only induction cook top( no cylinder) for 1.8 years when I was posted in a remote location....and I made everything on this one cook top...roti sabzi dal chawal one by one ..tea coffee even deep frying. Even baingan ka bharta...bus baingan was steamed ( which I anyways do even now on gas top to avoid the mess of roasting )...it worked great...even idlis ..whatever you name I made it. I survived on this single induction for soo long . This was 13 years back.

मैं पिछले 7 सालसे induction use कर रही हूं. LPG खतम हो जाने पे नया सिलेंडर आने तक induction पर ही खाना बनाती हूं. Only disadvantage is that you can cook one thing at a time. इसलिये पुरा खाना बनने में टाइम लगता हैं. ऐसे lpg crisis में one pot meal ही बनाती हूं. वैसे भी summer में भूक कम लगती हैं.

Roti achi nhi banti aur deep fry bhi nhi hota ... Induction utensils use krti ho still nhi hota, tea coffee ke liye best hai, dal boil achi hoti hai ... veggies bhi bn jati hai

मेरी मां ने कभी भी गैस सिलेंडर का उपयोग नहीं किया और खुद मैंने भी सालों तक चूल्हे और कोयले ki अंगीठी पर खाना बनाया है अब बस समस्या यह है की शादी के बाद मैं एक किराये के ghar में रहती हुँ जहाँ गैस सिलेंडर या इंडेक्शन पर खाना बनाना मेरी मज़बूरी है वरना मैं तो चूल्हे की रोटी के स्वाद में ज्यादा खुश थी और हुँ 🙏
