this is how i make buldak: 1: make it normally, boil the noodles then when it’s time to pour out the water then pour out most of it but still leave a bit of water left in it. 2: pour in some milk with the noodle-water and noodles 3: add in the whole spice packet and powder packet 4: put some shredded cheese or whatever cheese you want on top! 5: stir and it will all become delicious, cheesy and creamy! It’s the perfect way to eat buldak creamy and cheesy while reducing the spice and making the flavour even better! You can adjust the milk and water level so it’s perfect for you! Edit: it tastes the absolute BEST if you pair it with a bit of snack seaweed, some proscuttio on top too! I like to make mini bite-sized tacos with seaweed as the shell and some buldak in it and a bit of the proscuitto on top lol! Pls Lisa if you see this, you should try! ❤

Personally, I like adding a fried egg to these noodles but this is a great option if you don’t want to use another pan. Don’t forget to check out my website at www.instantramen.com to rate your favorite instant ramens!

Then what are the other ramen noodles called if they're not stir fry? I never pay attention whether it's stir fry or not and I've had several different kinds never thought to look and find out about different kinds of noodles

What I used to do is just stir the egg in so I get the protein but the glorious taste and spiciness isn't so obviously affected. If it is I add more sauce from my buldak sauce bottles

Hey lisa i would really love for you to try an indian condiment called shezwan chutney. After watching your spice tolerance videos maybe you will like it.

I usually put the egg in after I take the noodles out and fry it with a runny yolk, but I will definitely give this a try since it saves you some time

I learned from you that I make my noodles with too much water. Makes them soggy. Thank you for teaching me proper. ❤

I did this the other day by adding the cracked egg into a sieve that was submerged in the pasta water, just take the sieve out when the egg is done and add it back at the end

Is palm oil in any of the buldak ingredients? I'm trying to see if the ingredients differs from country to country

I like a fried egg, so I just pour in a bit of butter or olive oil in the pan, after stir frying the noodles in it, and then plop it on top of my noodles when done.

Interesting, so you drain all of your broth…? Do most people do that q their ramen here? Super curious, I like the broth personally.
