DO NOT GO ANYWHERE WITH THE CHILD! Call for a food and drink delivery to the park, and call the police - specify a female cop. Order enough food for the cops too, as sitting and eating with the cops along with the lady she trusted enough to approach will put the child at ease.

Honestly if that was me and I found a kid coming up to me like that I'll take them out to eat then I would try to get to know them and see if there's a way I could adopt them especially if their parents actually really did abandon them

I appreciate her helping the little girl but why didn't she call the police? Instead of a shelter, she may have an aunt, uncle, or grandparent that could take her in and give her the life she deserves. I realize this is staged, but the reality of it is much sadder and there are children out there suffering like this.

The correct questions are not being asked! A shelter should not even be one of the questions asked about. This experiment was a failure to me.
