Crazy study for 20 years to work for 20 years! Who made this system?
This is all nonsense; AI isn’t going to threaten companies for many, many years to come. All this hype is just a ploy to lay off the huge number of employees that companies hired but then realized they’d hired too many because the economic situation had changed due to wars, and idiotic presidents, and now they have to lay people off. Why not start by cutting the expensive heads of departments ? They’re useless—they don’t make any strategic decisions and just engage in micromanagement.
Crazy how companies don't want mid or senior level and want to exploit juniors.

Because of the Greedyness of the Corporates & Govt. systems all over the world, the common person is suffering who is highly dependent on Jobs for survival.
I was laid off a 59, but I am still working. Some of us are more flexible than others. Would reccomend that companies consider this. I know my previous company, Informatica, did not.
Urgent need to balance the Global population at 2 billion at max. Enforce one child policy.
This is all applicable and related to work culture of consulting firms like TCS, Wipro, Infosys in India because of huge population of employees, high number of obsolete management roles and availability of ample newly graduated tech folks. In western countries what matters is your work efficiency, experience, ability to work on multiple technology stacks and embracing new technologies.
When will our government do this..many seniors are lazy and big salary

I left the tech industry a few years ago for the healthcare industry. And I was doing tech since 2003. Tired of the recession layoffs every 8-10 years. Too gatekeepers denying folks opportunities.
Desperate and discarded people will begin to take from people around them; increasing the current criminal population and increasing your odds of being victimized. Expect debt, lay offs, medical bills, housing costs, foreclosure, bankruptcy and mental illness to increase crime and violence. A book called Dealing with Burglary and Home Invasion Robbery, may increase your odds of avoiding or surviving people behaving badly.
How they are getting all this stats man , are companies releasing all this on a website oh…. Here 40+ 70 %
