Palabok is like the surf and turf of the noodle game, Seafood pork combination. Specifically Shrimp, Fish Tinapa and Pork and Chicharon and Egg. Putting more calamansi elevates all the flavor

12:30 You are right, Jolly spaghetti taste different these days, the banana ketchup on Jollibee was a myth before as they really don't comment about the mystery sauce they use, and consuming these growing up and until a year ago, you won't find a hint of Banana Ketchup in there it's just a sweeter bolognese with hotdogs and fake cheese. Recently, I ordered and I can definitely taste the banana ketchup, looks like they embraced the myth, and it's a boon for them, it's cost cutting/inflation since banana ketchup is cheaper.
