You were missing some nice refried beans on those plates, the ones made with real lard. Enchiladas and Tamales are classics you must try.
I wish I could try Mexican food for the first time again... Next time you look for Mexican food, get Birria tacos with the Birria dip.
Mexican rice tomato sauce garlic & salt & pepper & chicken broth
Add guacamole, sour cream, and hot sauce to the quesadilla π, game changer.
You have such a positive additude.and great vibes.

Milan, try tamales next. There are many types of tamales, the top five basic are chicken, pork, beef, cheese and green chili. In Spanish they are spelled and pronounced: Chicken βPolloβ = βPoyoβ, Pork βCarnitasβ = βCar-nee-tasβ; Beef βCarneβ = βCarneyβ; Cheese βQuesoβ = βKay-soβ, and finally Green chili βQueso Pablanoβ which is cheese with a green chili. Donβt forget to add your choice of salsa to top them with. Here in California some people like Habanero salsa (be forewarned itβs very spicy)
Love to see this channel growing also love the way you say tortilla lol
I love your channel and reactions. You are gorgeous. Stay Blessed and eat in good health. πβ€οΈ
Try tamales, pozole, tamales, barbacoa, carne asada. Classics
My favorite Mexican food are tamales (they may be difficult to find though im not sure how popular they are)
Mexican rice (also called "Spanish rice") is cooked with tomato sauce, onion, garlic, spices (often cumin), and salt. You can find recipes on line. At its simplest, a quesadilla is just melted cheese in a grilled folded tortilla. The word is a combination of "queso" (meaning "cheese") and "tortilla." You can add a lot of different things to the basic recipe. You can't always tell whether a salsa is spicy just from the color. Some red salsas are mild, and some green salsas are hot. It depends on where the color comes from. Red salsa can get its color from tomatoes or red chiles. Green salsa can get its color from avocados, tomatillos (a green relative of tomatoes), or green chiles. There are as many salsa recipes as there are cooks.
I love the way you pronounce stuff, especially βsauce.β lol Enjoying the content!

Green salsa doesn't have avocado in it, the green comes from the tomatillo's in it. Guacamole is made from avocado, but what you have there is definitely green salsa. I usually like to put sour cream and guac on mexican food in addition to the salsa.
Rice looks legit. No bs veggies in it
Say tortilla however you like. We understand what you're saying. I often mix the red and green sauces. It depends on what I'm eating it with. β€
