Leave in fridge for a couple of hours to marinate, then freeze. Then they're marinated when thawed.
I was looking in ya blender, I was like hmmmm this is really similar to jerk chicken. And then the tape confirmed 🇯🇲 it’s one of the easiest meal preps.
freezing will also lessen the amount of histamine that builds up in the food!!!!!
I know a Caribbean meal when I see one. Then I saw your caption and said yup!!! 😂👏🔥
Looks soo good. I love prepping future meals in the freezer. Makes the following weeks/months so much easier knowing I just gotta cook a bag that’s already there and throw a carb and frozen veggie in ❤
Damn that only took 10 seconds
Yeee, easy if you got that monstrosity of a fridge
potentially use (glass) containers to reduce waste? just a thought. love the prepped meal shown in the clip.
Yeah I also always prep my food in my gym clothes 😂
I have tried meal prep but I don’t like frozen meals especially on my protein 😬
But, that is the same meal all week. 😂😂
Why have I never thought of this …
I am sure the aromas coming from that marinade is heaven.
We need more video! Love your content
I do that but I cooked proteins . That way I have a marinated and cooked protein I can dethaw and make variety of meals with to save time. So like I'll Sous Vide and Grill a bunch of chicken thighs... Package and freeze. Then remove and make chicken and rice, or gravy, or peppers and onions, or soup etc. makes dinners go quick
Bold of you to assume I have time.
All honesty that the best way to season your food
Ngl, eating the same meal all week would make me feel like I'm in one of those survival-apocolyptic movies, where that same meal is the only food I can find
This looks so great! What’s the recipe please?
when you like something it never gets boring especially when it's tasty
