I think stews and even meatloaf holds up really well in the fridge.
Just wanted to say the chopping edit on the breakfast bowls was super fun to watch 😅
This is your best meal prep thus far. Excellent job! I’d love to see a “Starbucks” at home series. Like you did with Taco Bell. 😊
More meal prep ideas! You seem to know just what we need. Thank you for sharing!
IKEA has shallow rectangular glass (and also metal) lidded containers that hold about 30oz and square ones that hold about 20oz. The metal ones nest nicely, but the glass ones don’t nest together as well. We (house of 2) use a combination of those containers and regular plates/bowls for refrigerator meal preps, and silicone muffin cups and 2 cup silicone cubes for freezer meal preps.

I use a potato ricer to squeeze the liquid out of my frozen spinach. It works wonders
quick tip for cleaning blender: add water & soap to blender, blend, and dump
I don’t know if anyone has answered your question yet but Alice Springs is a famous town in Australia and Aussie is a nickname for people from Australia. It is actually pronounced as Ozzie by the Australians.
I love this type of videos. Great ideas and the food looks great. Also, I like how you talk slow and really explain what you are doing.❤
You're timing couldn't be better! My dad just got on a stricter diet and I'm responsible for meal prep for him and everything and this is PERFECT
I learned the trick with the Dollar Tree meal prep containers - do not microwave the top. They last so much longer once I stopped doing that.
I think maybe the "soggy" may come from not letting food cool down all the way before placing the lid on.
Even though I don't eat/cook much anymore due to health issues, I still always watch your videos to the end. It's neat to see your creativity and skills on display, I love your little laughs and smiles, and you always manage to brighten things up. Also, I know your were a bit unsure about having a gas stove, but it looks like you are kicking butt with it these days! :D
I love the idea of the labels! Nothing wrong with making a Tuesday night meal feel special with an extra touch ❤😮🍲
