We don't get Amish here in the UK, but I'm actually jealous of their life. Every video i see of them they look at peace with themselves, no modern day stress (I'm sure their life is stressful in otherways) but that simplicity lifestyle and sense of community they have is wholesome.

I remember going to Lancaster, PA on a school field trip when I was 10 or 11. Part of the deal was a roast chicken lunch. 55 years later, I can still taste it. Best roast chicken I ever had.
