No way that man’s head is that egg-shaped 😮
The AI token rug pull is going to be insane.
Coneheads was a documentary
"Our revenue model assumes we discover a new continent, two new continents in fact, the boats are so fast now"
"Productive toward what? They haven't figured that out." Oh, man, that was good.
"We're gonna need two more events on the scale of fire and the wheel... and we've got that scheduled for Q3 of this year." 🤣
I'm reminded that the guy who interviews all these tech billionaires says the thing they all have in common is having zero introspection. They never, ever question their own assumptions.
I have been a programmer for fifty years and in all this excitement I've lost count of the number of times programmers will be replaced by 4GLs, No Code tools, "The last one [remember that?]", COBOL (no I'm not kidding), SQL (still not kidding), kids, pensioners (nope, this was a Y2K suggestion), prisoners (another Y2K option), Indians, Aliens (that's a joke - I think), massively parallel computers (no, they don't understand Turing machines), ML, and now LLM dressed up as 'A Eye'.
❤ those Mark Andreessen photos. Chefs kiss.
Bro needs a fat mustache, a red jacket and small glasses. Perfect Dr.Eggman cosplay. xD
AI generated code will be like the asbestos in our technological architecture. It will have to be removed eventually.
This is the game you win by not playing. Don't bite the hook.
holding down the shutter button and taking 1000 pictures that you have to review and cull is such a good metaphor

1:28 I can't get over their glee at LINES OF CODE WRITTEN. They are never gleeful about SOLVING IMPORTANT PROBLEMS.
Solutions in search of problems
Software is always sold at the top level on what they hope it is going to be someday. I worked for a software company and the CTO or someone always insisted on coming in to the sales pitch for big clients. And what did they present? The road map. Every time. In other words, a list of things the software couldn't do. They think that's how you sell things. And then the customer says "yeah we want that". And all production plans got ditched to implement this one feature that was on the roadmap.
YES, it's EXACTLY like a slot machine, thank you for saying it!
That slot machine analogy is spot-on for AI use.
