It’s going to come down to shoot, shovel and shut up with wolves. Its sad fish and wildlife put a invasive species above ranchers and wildlife. Keeping sportsman and ranchers hand tied.
I always see moose from lake Ellen all the way up to White Mountain, at least 3 to 5 moose a season. This past season, I did not see not one moose. Only a lot of sign of Wolf tracks on the road.

in bc if the wolves are not bothering cattle we leave them alone if they depredate the whole pack is removed
The statistic about how many cattle were actually lost (35:35 and 35:55) weren't mentioned until 35 minutes in! This is the point I was looking for the entire video, and it was so brief I could've missed it. Please highlight this point so it gets across.
The biggest problem I see is the bureaucratic problem, which is once again screws the regular person.

THIS IS ALL BY DESIGN!! It's not just agriculture and other produce farms their coming after it's beef, hog, chicken, all of it. Look up Project 2025. They've been working on control of our nations food for DECADES! They want the land at pennies on the dollar as soon as they can squeeze the farmers and ranchers out. This is bullsh!t. It's damn criminal! And they're using the "save the wolves, save the owls, etc, to do it. People will fall for that sh!t. Easily. This is all by design! Remember that.
Greetings from Germany. The situation is similar for the people with sheep, cattle and even horses have been attacked. We have many wolves, it is not known how many and every time an animal is killed, there will be an DNA-test, without it - no compensation-money. Wolves are muliplying by 30% each year, it is a rare exeption that one will be shot.
WDFW could not manage flies on $#!t. Washington state has a huge problem with cougars, and bear also.
I feel your pain, From Minnesota, been dealing with this for years and years. They will not acknowledge that wolves impact wildlife. We had more than ten thousand moose in northeastern part of the state. Now less than half. They claim it is the ticks and winters and habitat. Yet, 60 percent of moose calf deaths are attributed to wolves but they will not acknowledge that. Our Dee hunting has gone to shit, we have bucks only hunting. I have not seen a buck in the daylight in 6 years. I quit buying licenses 5 years ago.
It's a very easy situation to solve,if the government wants to introduce them and protect them, the government should pay for the damage they inflict.
I grew up on ranch in Montana, we had wolves in the 70's 80's and 90's long before "reintroduction". the unspoken policy was always "Shoot Shovel and shutup,"
Small farming is under attack across the board.
This is the future for Colorado, and all the west, rampant environmentalism. Everything they don't like, cows , guns , energy, hunting, public land access, will become so expensive it will be unavailable to most people. The west will all be put behind the velvet rope for us to look at from a distance.
