i did not understand a single thing
Gonna take my CompTIA A+ Cert exam this week wish me luck 🤞
I think if the general public knew how weak or penetrable the systems that hold their valuable information are, there would be panic, protests, and havoc in the streets.
15 years in IT and cyber and this is the most accurate representation of cybersecurity I've ever seen.
This explanation could not be more on point. xD Thank you for the laugh as well as the horror of the career i'm getting into.
"Until an intern accidentally formats a database" 👨🔧😂
I must be getting somewhere considering I understood a good amount of what was talked about lmao
This is hilariously too true! That honeymoon phase to career burn out is no joke. + Subbed!
Mad Hat your the goat man. Your videos are legit. I’m studying for my Cybersecurity BS, and for winter break I passed my Security+. Hopefully it will help me land an internship and eventually a job in cyber. I had to chill out on gaming and realize that I can’t be gaming and just dopamine maxing everyday as a young student. Still can’t believe I passed. Your videos are very useful for somebody trying to get in the field.
I was gonna start reviewing for my cysa exam but I understood everything in the video, I think I'm good to go 👍
You've made it very clear in 8 minutes that cybersecurity is not just a technical problem, but also an issue of the human factor, budget, and management mindset. It's a great achievement to summarize so well the invisible struggle that security teams face every day (legacy systems, patch management, endless logs). Hopefully, this video serves as another reminder of why cybersecurity is not just the IT department's responsibility, but a shared responsibility for the entire organization.
This gave me anxiety
As someone who is interested in penetration testing, I am still amazed how the human factor vulnerabilities are still not patched.
4:56 hey don't tell me how to spend my saturday night!
8:00 We want a full video of the dance!
sounds rough, lets freaking go, am all in !
I work as Cyber Security Analyst. I love the job but someone who is there only 3 months is a bit overwhelmed with all the tools cases and accounts we need in defender and Azure to work with
This had me rolling!!! Going to show this to my students starting their journey today! ❤
Not gonna lie, this was funny! And had my attention the whole time! Good job!
Yet it's still better than IT support which is a constant battle of remotely fixing garbage installs, explaining to property IT staff why every IP cant be in the DHCP range, fixing property IT's network modifications because "It worked like this everywhere else" while simultaneously whitelisting MAC addresses for residents that think their AP is down because "I cant connect my iphone"! Thanks private wifi addressing. God I can't wait until im a Cyber Security Analyst.
