Slop bowls are appealing to me simply because I can sit down and eat a slop bowl and not feel like I’m doing my body a total disservice like when I eat at McDonald’s or fast food, at least I can tell myself there’s some veggies in there (somewhere)

As a manager at Qdoba I can confirm and live by the fact our food is cooked daily multiple times and we follow a very strict protocol for the shrimp and hold time of the shrimp as well

to make slop restaurant: 1. ensure the name is one word, preferably less than 3 syllables 2. Charge based on what type of protein 3. Overload with vegetables and carbs to reduce input costs
