Have you visited Umesh Refreshments in Bangalore? Do they make the best dosa? I wanted the beef momo from Father Of Momo for breakfast but since they weren’t open I went for the next best thing after Kopitiam Lah because I already ate their entire menu, it was the highly recommended Umesh Refreshments. It did not disappoint. Thanks for the recco. Cheers & Keep Eating! #headbangereats #bangalorefood #foodreview #restaurantreview #dosa

Originally, the red chutney is the real “masala” in Masala Dose, not the potato filling. The potato filling is actually called “palya.” An authentic Masala Dose is the one made with red chutney inside, not just potato palya.
Without red chutney it is not Masala dosa.
