You've reached the end
Ainβt nothing wrong with a perfectly good recipe. No matter the source.
Girl youβve popped !
Two others have mentioned this, but it's super important! Please don't cook food in pots that have been used to dye clothes!! Even if cleaned, you run the risk of dyes/chemicals leaking into your food! I would buy a new pot and use the previous one for dyeing clothes only!!
It is recommended to NOT use any tool used for dying fabric for food prep. They state there are always chemicals left from the dye. Oh well ππ»ββοΈ
The chili looks excellent, please include recipe. Someone mentioned the dye pot, I dye a lot, you shouldn't go back to food once pot is used for this purpose. I'm sorry
The bump is bumping!!! So happy to see it :)))
Beans are excellent for postpartum recovery π»πΌπ
Beans are healthy girl!!
Chili is really the easiest, olive oil, onion, garlic, meat, broth, then tomato paste, tomato sauce and black beans plus garbanzo or butter beans. So easy peasy
Highly recommend casseroles. Iβm 7 weeks postpartum and have been living on chicken pot pie and calzone casserole. Both easy to meal prep OR quickly make fresh. Lasagna also is a good meal prep. Any soup works too, I love veggie soup
Iβm so happy youβre doing this, I really wish I had before I gave birth, feeding yourself those first few weeks is tough!
Girl in India we have soft warm meals postpartum. Resort to daal khichdi. If you have an instant pot, it's a breeze. You don't even have to prep it. Just throw in 1 cup rice, 1 cup moong daal, 4 cups water, 1 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, some split chillies, and a dollop of ghee (clarified butter, it's very good to have postpartum), salt. And let it cook.
Drop the full recipe!! Looks delish!

Dehydrated sauces and broths into flat sheets that you can cut into sections too. The broth one was a big life saver for me because especially a month and a half into pp i hit a SLUMP
Liam would be proud
Food prep as much as you can now! Hearty, comfort, βhealingβ foods, as nutrient dense as possible. One-handed things like breakfast burritos
I put sweet potatoes in my chili!
O no. People should never use a pot for dyeing clothes then for food. RIT dye has no certification that it is safe to reuse pots. It might be for deniability. Please please please don't use that pot again for food.
You look marvelous!
