Nice vlog again Malina certainly “Food for thought “ Those cappuccinos looked so good, I’ve never drunk coffee through a straw. Oh wow those fried donuts with sugar syrup, calories on a stick 🤣, Koupa looked so good too. The Greek yogurt,honey and nuts sounded good but probably not something I would necessarily go for. Again those gyros looked so delicious. The traditional pastry place looked so good, made fresh. The Bougatsas looked so good. I love fresh orange juice Greek Salad in Greece what more can you want plus chicken skewers pitta and chips. I’m sorry unfortunately I’m not a cheese lover, wish I was. I do love how the food is so traditional along with the restaurant and people who have a passion for their food Hope you didn’t do all that food in one day🤣 Thank You for Sharing. Nice video Malina, greeting from Australia i came across your video whilst researching for a trip I am planning in September and October, you may have guessed by my name I am Greek born my parents left Greece for Australia in 1962 with me tagging along as a 6 year old, I haven’t been back since we left so this will be my first trip back, ( i may have to kiss the ground when we land like the pope) I am so looking forward to try Bougatsa and Greek salad, and yes we have plenty of Greek places in Melbourne that are Greek, ( every Greek in Melbourne always reminds you that Melbourne is the third largest Greek city in the world) lol from what I have seen thus far almost everyone always says everything tastes better in Greece. I’m sure everything will, my sister comes over every year since the 90’s and she also says the same. Thank you for the video, can’t wait now. Roll on September.

No my dear that is NOT saganaki. That is simply feta fried wrapped in phyllo. Saganaki is floured not breaded. And made with graviera or kefalotyri cheese, never feta.

sorry to say but you tried everything that we dont try in Athens,all these are food for tourist and for visitors.Nothing to do with the real food in Athens,next time you must visit places out from the tourist area and taste much more better food

Saganaki is the deep fried cheese. This is called baked feta with honey. hope you liked it :)

You will like Meredith green label Pro biotic sheep 🐑 yoghurt. Has a pavlova ricotta cheescake gelatin spongy texture, good for deserts. The Meredith blue label is traditional greek sheep 🐑 which is creamier for savoury. athe black label is goat 🐐 completely different taste. Meredith dairy is Australia 🇦🇺 produced.

Those orange trees are beautiful. One day by Syntagma square one dropped off the tree in front of me, I peeled it to give it a taste and it was very bitter ! 😂. Definitely not used for juice!
