45 in a school zone is crazy 😂even in rural if its in front of the school highest I’ve seen was 35 in my state. Most always its 25 and you best believe they got cameras on most of them too now as well.

Those Eltec school clock controllers are the BEST. Never any issues with them. The clock is powered by a 1 farad super capacitor. Fully charged in 5 minutes. Holds the correct time for 2 days during a power outage. The on/off program times is permanently stored on an eprom. Oh, and did I mention how reliable they are? Love those controlles. "A" key press for (a)ttention followed by 2 digit function code and "B" key for enter. Menu screened onto the controller - no manual needed.

When I was a dumb teen, my friends and I used to break into these and set the flashers off at 3 am. Then we’d sit in the edge of the woods smoking a blunt laughing while people slowed to 15 mph at 3 am, and laughing even harder when cops showed up trying to figure out who tampered with them after the 3rd time in a month. Damn we were stupid, stay in school kids.
