I live 2 mins away from the WOOP HQ in Boston and it is hilarious seeing the staff wear apple watches but take them off before heading into the building 😭
So basically the Fitbit Air makes the most sense for most of the people.
200$ per year is ludicrous
WHOOP bout to get whooped 😅
The fact that the Fitbit Air is a first-generation product and does almost 90% of what Whoop does is crazy.

The fact that we have to mention "Human Personal Trainer" in videos now is insane
It is good to see that simplicity has returned. Fitbit Air is simply a repackaged version of the Xiaomi Mi Band from 2015, minus the three LEDs
The Fitbit Air checks so many boxes for that price + no subscription, I'd go for it
Whoop is the most product that needs "Killers" !

Ive used whoop for 600 days straight and last month stopped wearing it because after a certain point you understand recovery and metrics. If I sleep bad, drink alcohol or over exhaust myself im gonna have a low recovery. If I workout, eat well and have a good night sleep boom 95-100% recovery. all for $360 a year, unless you are a high level pro athlete I dont see a reason for a normal consumer to use it
Wonder what the edit was
The fact that we have to mention “Human personal trainer” in videos now is nuts
