Wow, that UI is... maximalist. We'll see how long it takes Bambu to add some of these features to their fork and then sue preFlight for it.

Secuential bridging also exists in orcaslicer and it's automatic. So turn it on and it figure out all the counterbores. Sacrificial layer is also an option
This kind of iterative improvement is just what copyleft licences were made for! I'm looking forward to these getting rolled back up into prusaslicer.
CC3D 72d tpu is not nearly impact resistant as 95 or 98a (in my testing). I did some firearm target testing in the USA and the 95/98a survived whereas my 72d kind of shattered. On a solid 8x10cm target it would crater out instead of pass through and self-heal. For a combat robot dealing with a multi thousand rpm metal weapon, I'd almost recommend a tool changer and use the exterior face with a more impact resistant filament and the stiffer tpu for mounting points.
Nip and tuck seams is a huge win, also been doing the same thing, designing in u-shaped reliefs until now

A giant scrolling column of print settings? Isn't that just normal? I mean, I'm a Cura user, so...
Cura has that "nip and tuck". Was one of the reasons why i used it for so long. But, you don't have much control over it, it just moves the nozzle inwards before retraction... But, it does better seam accuracy than Orcaslicer, where i had to start using grooves to park the head at layer change, hiding the seam inwards for holes and such.

13:49 Using 2 support types is actually insanely useful - and it is also not easy to do in other slicers either afaik. (you'd have to do modifer shenanigans).
Prusaslicer fork that introduces some new features that regular PS doesn't have yet, is it worth switching? No, it never is. PS forks never survive for long unless it's some company footing the bill to be able to ship something that looks proprietary with their printers. The only acceptable reason to switch to a project like this is because you want to play around with it, but it is never WORTH switching to as your go to slicer.
