Amma has been making pooris for 40 years and not once did a single poori stay flat or absorb oil. Not once. 🙏 Tell me honestly in the comments — which of these is YOUR biggest poori problem? 1️⃣ — My pooris never puff no matter what I do 2️⃣ — My pooris absorb so much oil they feel heavy 3️⃣ — My pooris turn hard within 5 minutes 4️⃣ — I can never get a perfectly round shape Comment your number below 👇 And if you already tried Amma's method — tell me did the tissue paper stay clean? Comment CLEAN ✅ or OILY 😭 Every single comment gets a reply from us. Amma is watching 🙏❤️

Thanks for sharing your recipe..
Thank you 🙏 for the great content. Do I need to reduce the heat while frying ?
As the poori puffs up, it puffs up to an extent creating a vent on the top layer for the steam to escape. So when the poori is flipped, the oil penetrates into it. How can this be avoided?
Looks delicious very nice will try
