Liquids: Β½ cup vegetable or sunflower oil (olive oil can be used for a modern twist) and ΒΌ cup white or red wine vinegar. Optional: A splash of warm water to hydrate the dried spices. Instructions: Hydrate spices: In a jar, mix the oregano, chili flakes, and paprika with a little warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes. Combine: Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Stir well. Finish: Add the vinegar and salt, then pour in the oil until everything is well covered.
