As a former cable guy this hurt my soul. Theres all kinds of signal leakage and on top of the crazy bad fitting connection the center conductor should be cut level to the fitting not a half inch out

I’m surprised that dude didn’t take a soldering iron to that wall anchor because he doesn’t trust crimps. I had a boss like that once—the Red Cross put him in charge of all radio equipment and communications in the county surrounding San Francisco International Airport. And yes, it was worse than it sounds.
