Victor Cardenas Codriansky, co-founder & CEO of Slash, believes most people underestimate how intense global competition has become. Victor references the work culture commonly associated with China as an example of how aggressively some people pursue mastery, success, and financial opportunity. According to Victor, every industry is filled with ambitious people trying relentlessly to improve faster than everyone else. That’s why he believes younger entrepreneurs should focus heavily on increasing reps early in their careers. Because when you’re inexperienced: • More work creates faster learning • More mistakes create more experience • More repetition builds competence faster Victor believes many people search for shortcuts before they’ve built enough skill to deserve leverage. But in reality, intensity and consistency are still enormous competitive advantages. produced by @atomik-growth #newyork #sanfrancisco #china #startup #business #success #mindset #billionaire

They are gaslighting you to work like a machine.
They work so hard, yet i don't envy them.
Don’t fall for any American ceo telling you that you have to do a 996. Working 9-9 for 6 days a week.
"Am i providing enough for the shareholders"
A CEO working 996 is the same as Holiday for a worker in the Factory.
Trust Me, I aint jealous of Chinese when it comes to work. I am happy with my unproductive work and still get paid
meanwhile europeans making 5x their wages doing nothing all day
if you ever found your limit then you know how important work life balance is. my limit is 60h for 2-3 weeks then i crash and it takes me 2-3 weeks to get back to productive 40. more hours just kill productivity. nobody can work 60+ productively nobody no matter how much you love it. your body needs rest your mind needs rest. In Germany we had 8h since 1918 look at how germany did .. well educated, rested, creative people that acutually work productivly towards a goal and earn a cedent living will outperform any 996 bullshit with 845 and can do it for longer. Its not a sprint its a marathon. Without a decent Life there is no point in working.
That's because there are barely any worker rights, it's like hunger games over there.
i will rather die
and look what it gets them.
Naive Americans are scared of China catching up with 996 culture 😂😂😂😂
You work that hard for something you OWN...you work your wage for an employer...you pay hard, I work hard, you pay avg I work avg..you pay bare min...well you know...employees are to follow the lead of their employers.
We don't give a f. The point of life isn't grinding.

I worked with a Chinese man competing on installing flooring, he claimed he could do flooring and charge 50 cents per square foot. It is crazy how fast he could work he was a machine, the only catch is that he wouldn’t work unless the floor was well prepped or level which that would take 2 days extra lol. I was like buddy, “ you work in a fixed environment i can do flooring anywhere and how ever.” I showed him how, he ended up being impressed. Quality jobs require strength and skill not just speed.
Work like a Norwegian* you don't owe these companies sh*t
Few american company together bigger then whole china gdp, only labour work very hard.🎉
The basic strategy : work like hell till 30, then live your live in easy mode.
They work like that without a choice btw. Thats why the kids are doing the “lying flat” movement and boycotting work because it’s so draining and emotionally damaging. I like the “all work no play” analogy for something like this.
