That any public official can think it's okay to execute an NDA precluding them from providing information to their voters is unacceptable. That these NDAs purport to bind the town or county or state from disclosing the terms of the construction, operation, and eventual dismantling of the particular DC, or, significantly, any environmental or economic impact research that went into the decision-making process, is CRIMINAL.

Companies will always cut corners. Nothing they do is about saving anything, it's all about lining their pocket books, nothing more and never will be.
Another aspect of these datacenters that wasn't covered here is the sound, including infrasound. Yet another aspect that can cause major health and wellness issues.
