"I can help you with most things"
First guy to ever want to talk to the AI and hangs up when transferred to a real person 😂😂
Welcome to ai this is Walmart
Thank you for showing us how to bypass the unnecessary auto voice operators.
ChatGPT is an Einstein-style genius compared to Walmart AI.
valid frustration for the video. but also, to be fair, like… it’s working as intended by transferring you when it thinks the convo is gonna be useless lol
Should have waited and asked the human what 1 + 1 is. That‘d be funny.
The great AI of Lufthansa does not understand "Cancel flight" "rebook flight to Tuesday" etc. Those garbage AIs are just an insult to their customers.
I thought the old phone menu systems were annoying. This is next level.
For me this is understandable, our AI call center is trained and strictly instructed not to answer any questions outside its scope, any phrases like discard all previous instructions will trigger an alarm and would consider this call a spoof call. so this is actually the best method.
and for that we got a huge price hike in ram, gpu and ssds + massive job layoffs + electricity price surge + water shortages.
The Walmart AI is trained with specific interaction presets, it's not going to entertain anything that's not related to the specific tasks it was created to do. It's just like a walmart manager, it can't help you with that. :)
As funny as this is, corporate AI agents are given extra restrictions to keep them in-scope. Anything outside of that scope is rejected
Walmart AI:" I'mstill learning and making mistake". Well let's start with fundamentals in kindergarden
By the time I am calling the phone number for any company, the situation is complex enough that an AI can't help me. Everyone knows how to google the answers to simple questions.
It’s not an AI. It’s a bot that pretends to be artificially intelligent 😂
It may have still lied, but it's so far the most honest AI.
No way the next video I saw was a Walmart ad!
Time for the “dumbest AI” contest
I'm curious if someone went into a real Walmart and asked the same question of one of the Walmart Greeters, would they simply answer it, direct you to the aisle to buy a calculator, or tell you to use ChatGPT? 😂
