whoa, wild teej spotted
Been using for Zen and Kimi2 for speed. Dax is the hero nobody asked for that everyone needs.
Appreciate the walkthrough. As a viewer, I’m mainly trying to follow the commands and output, so the keyboard/hands background feels distracting and makes the terminal harder to read. A clean full-screen capture plus larger font/less rapid switching would make it much easier to follow.
What keyboard switches/keycaps give you that nice thocky sound?
Opencode is the best agent. I dont like vibe coding, but it's great to get a rapid prototype snippet started.
I would watch an hourlong video of open code stuff 💡
You said the same thing for cline
great video - been meaning to try open code - this was a good overview
Dope split board view with terminal in the middle. Nice touch. What are those thocky switches?
great video, but just show the screen instead, b/c it's hard to read
Opencode has TUI CPU/memory problems at the moment. It'll lag out on all but simple, small sessions/contexts with short history.
I didn't like OpenCode as much as Claude, I wish I did for using different models and the openness of it. Claude just has more tools and the names of the tools make more sense to me.
Now that Anthropic banned users from using Claude subscription with OpenCode, what's your plan?
It could be neat for local models. I'll probably continue using Claude Code for my Anthropic subscription and Codex for my Open AI subscription. I'd rather deal with rate limits than large bills for API usage.
the browser looks so cool, what is it?
What about droid cli?
Really nice and informative video, but the loud keyboard makes it hard to get through :S
why does your opencode look so much better than mine?
Opencode needs work, has some crazy illegible responses. Hopefully, in a couple of months I can switch from claude, but considering that I will keep the anthropic max subscription, it is still a hard sell.
Your videos are just awesome. You are one of the few that don't feel like they have to create some personna facade to get some youtube action. I love your content and I'm very interested in your opinions, even when I don't agree with them. Keep reviewing tools to such length and depth, whether you are using them or not! The only bit I am missing in your reviews is what is missing/lacking from the tool, what you would want to improve, and what are some alternatives. I would love seeing some "x vs y" video, in any nvim/cli area! Please stay this awesome!
