I have a Max subscription. I started a new Claude code session with my weekly and 5h usage at 0% since it has just been reset. The first prompt I sent i had effort set to Ultracode and it used 100% of my 5h usage in one go after running for about 20min without giving me any output at all. instead the API crashed and just gave me this "API Error: 400 messages.39.content.1: thinking or redacted_thinking blocks in the latest assistant message cannot be modified. These blocks must remain as they were in the original response." What a fun experiment....🤣

It’s always so interesting to hear different people’s take on, the same thing Opus 4.7 in this case. 4.7 might be my favorite model ever to work with. But my work never involves pushing through an inferior idea. It involves developing inferior ideas. Critique is an essential part of the process. The thing some people describe as too honest or opinionated or stubborn, that’s exactly why I love working with the model I think. It doesn’t come across that way with me, I guess because the setting is more suited to it.
