Comparing apple ecosystem with a cluster of random electronic devices from different brands is something else.
As someone who has never been in the apple ecosystem, all the "problems" you were talking about was just making me think 'wait, that's not normal?', like having to manually refresh to update stats, sub-par apps, etc. It's never bothered me, but I could see how someone who's never had them before could be.
After watching this, I realized Apple doesn't lock people in. They just make leaving inconvenient enough that most people don't

8:10 Most of these can easily be explained by the fact that developers for Android need to develop and test for a thousand different phones, screen sizes, and OS versions (yay fragmentation), as opposed to the 2-3 screen sizes it takes to develop for iPhone.
