Looks to me the normal open side of the relay should be used not the NC. I made something like this when I was 14 but hooked it to a car coil to a trash can to keep a dog from tipping over the can. It would flash a neon bulb at 3ft. No more trash problem.

LED Bulbs would work well with those rectifiers, not those 1.5A pigs that you're using! Would explain why I noticed that one of the bulbs was not as bright when both were flashing. Otherwise, a good simple circuit.

las lamparas de giro incandescentes son de 21 W algo asi como 2 Amper el consumo

I appreciate your idea.....but it's costly sir ....bkoz u used many items.....& It's costly.....in market available flasher unit just few Rs .....More over in market flasher unit inbuilt buzzer Available if we use it then further less price.
