It is showing a method that allows you to put a zip tie around a bike chain that has a piece blue paper pressed onto the chain. I can't see why people find it so difficult to work it out. It is so easy to explain, quite simply if you didn't use zip tie THE BLUE PAPER WOULD FALL OFF😮😂
