This is me right now. I am preparing for a competitive exam but recently I am feeling so overwhelmed with all the studying that I started doomscrolling instead of studying to suppress the feeling. The more I do it more It becomes hard to get out of my comfort zone and it's been two days now. I am going to break this cycle by getting back to my study routine.
