When your 19-year-old cat is sleeping a little too peacefully, even a normal nap can become terrifying. Bibi has been beside her human throughout her entire twenties. Now, she’s hoping Bibi will be there for her thirties too. Thankfully, Bibi was completely fine, she was simply enjoying a very deep sleep. ❤️ 🎥 Footage courtesy of deep_n_messy on Instagram #SeniorCat #OldCat #Cat #CatLove #senior #SeniorPets #PetLove #Heartwarming #EmotionalVideo #CatMom #CatOwners #Wholesome #AnimalLove

This moment only understand by real pet parents♥️♥️
I can feel the pain they are not pet they are families.
The emotional fear of losing your baby is undescribable 😭😭😭😭. At that moment I felt her pain and loss. Also her joy❤
Kitty you scared me and the whole netizen❤
The fact that her cat could sleep so deeply, to the point of showing no muscle tone, means that the cat feels so comfortable living with her that it senses no danger to worry about. This shows that you really take good care of the cat ❤
They should all live forever. Its just not fair 😭😭😭
A lot of people dont realize how close you can get with a cat. I felt this ladies fright to my core. My cat was a stray. He acts like a dog. Always comes when I call, meets me at the gate when I pull up. Two times, he's fought off wild animals (much larger than him) that were going to attack me. He brings home half dead abandoned stray kittens and cries until I come help. He does much more for me than I feel I can ever repay. Until him, I was 100% a dog person.
My beloved senior kitty passed away in his sleep during the early morning on August 1, 2026. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a week ago while my husband and I were overseas. We face timed and he recognized our voices. He even rallied around to take short walks outside with our daughter. My daughter brought him home and with her boyfriend kept him comfortable. Despite delays, I made it back in time to spend 4 days with him. We will always miss him. ❤
So lucky to have 19 years together 🐾
Once she realized the cat had not died, I am sure she would be relieve yet sad at the same time knowing she will have to experience that loss for real in the future.
What a mix of emotions here!! 😭🥺🥹🥲😻
You’re never ready to let one go. I have been blessed with being a cat mom, and each one is imprinted on my heart!
Woke up to find my 7 year old Chow shepherd, Tebow dead next to me. I was so devastated. I loved him so very much.
That cat is so loved that they will pass away comfortably knowing they’re with the one they love the most. Bless that cat and owner ❤️
My heart stopped for a sec 😮
Thank God she woke up❤❤❤
Separation anxiety is unbearable when a belovet pet passes. This brings me close to tears as i thought of the pets that were once with me🥺😢
She is such a pure and good soul that I got very emotional here, may God take good care of this young woman!
I just lost a bird I had since I was 13 years old. I am 35 now, but the pain of losing him was indescribable and devastating. Haven't cried that hard in years. It's harder because I knew he was sick before he stroked, but there wasn't anything I could do to make it better except to not make him suffer longer than he needed to in his final hours. To think that such a small creature could hold such a huge portion of my heart... I loved him as much as I loved any other member of my family.
Seeing this just breaks my heart. I had a Siamese boy, he looked just like this lovely cat. He got sick and passed away in just a month, at barely 12 years old. I know 12 years is long, but I cry and wail at times, the thought he could’ve lived 6 more years at least. He should’ve. I just miss my boy. My Captain boy. ❤
