This guys never heard of neutral 😂
not having reverse must be rough for the millionaire gang
This clip enrages me. It really grinds my one gear.
The car has to have a neutral right?
This guy has no idea how transmissions work
A non car guy explaining his expesive car to even less of a car guy. Classic.
So your telling me this car got no reverse or neutral 🤨
Hearing him explain it hurts me. He has zero business talkin cars
The Koenigsegg Regera is a famous gas-powered hypercar that has only one single gear. Almost all regular electric cars also use just one gear, but the Regera is special because it uses a giant gas engine combined with electric motors without any traditional gear shifting.
You cannot "rev" a Koenigsegg Regera while standing still because it uses the Koenigsegg Direct Drive system with a single fixed-ratio final drive and no traditional gearbox, the 5.0 liter twin turbo V8 is physically locked to the rotation of the rear wheels once the hydraulic coupling slips shut
I googled it and i could be wrong but its basically a fancy automatic with electric assistance, i say fancy automatic because it still uses fluid coupling its just hydraulic coupling paired with electric motors to get it up to speed
One gear, yet it's backed into the garage.
It’s a regera
Good example of the blind leading the blinded
You never rev in gear unless you have your foot on the clutch.
“That jerk feeling” bro clearly needs to stick with automatics😂
Money doesnt equal intelligence
Shit got a CVT twin
“It has one gear” bruh there’s still neutral lol
Here for the slow people in the comments and/or people who are interested:Yes, the Koenigsegg Regera has a neutral mode, even though it uses a single-speed Koenigsegg Direct Drive (KDD) system instead of a traditional multi-gear gearbox. How to Engage NeutralUsing the paddles: You can engage neutral by holding both steering wheel paddles down for about five seconds while at a standstill.Park and Reverse: Pulling both paddles briefly engages Park, while combining the paddles with the minus/left paddle selects Reverse.Function: Neutral allows the car to free-roll or be pushed, and it lets the combustion engine rev freely to recharge the high-voltage battery via the electric motor system.Would you like to know more about how the Koenigsegg Direct Drive system works without traditional gears
