Shame you can't regulate them allowing normal sensible people to use them. Not everyone that uses them is a kid in a balaclava selling drugs or snatching phones.

Thatβs an iScooter i8, it goes 15.5mph and should be legal for ages 14 and up as well as other 15.5mph and below scooters, the laws are from 1988 when E scooters barely even existed, CHANGE THE LAWS.
