I rode a motorcycle as my sole means of transportation when I was young. I got pulled over literally hundreds of times. ONLY ONCE was a citation written. I "fought" it and won with the judge asking the citing officer why he wasted the courts time. I wish I knew then what I know now.

So the first one the cop could write him a ticket that doesn't give him the right to try and kill him by clothes lining him on a moving vehicle and the second one the guys just arguing with him he didn't count on the car do anything illegal tell the cops turn his fucking Sirens off
