Wow. Sarah did exactly what most of us would do when there are perfectly good items that are going to be thrown away from set. However, she has paid such a huge price every month to store things like a coffee maker or printer when in reality, it would be $30 to buy that item. I am so impressed with Sarah and her ability to make quick decisions. This is really gonna pay off. Excited for this new series. Hugs.🌸

Sarah - Never call yourself pathetic. Just seeing you for one hour on a YouTube video makes that abundantly obvious that you have so many wonderful traits. You were suffering from grief and depression, which makes one vulnerable and makes so many everyday tasks and decisions overwhelming. Then add on two admirable traits that you are not of a wasteful mindset and that you admire ingenuity and creativity. As your journey continues from an amazing apartment decluttering, I can see your way of navigating situations change. Next time you see ingenuity and creativity you will most likely admire it and maybe take a picture. You are an inspiration ❤❤❤❤❤ I can see why April picked you🥰

10:39 Same!! When my rent increase notice came this spring, I decided I no longer wanted to pay for storage... I used this channel to inspire the sale/donate/relocate of those items. Thank you Space Maker for saving Sarah (+ me) money!! And pece of mind, truly.

can i just say how nice it is to see two women in their thirties (?) with grey hair. I started going grey at 19 and dyed it for over a decade before i let my natural colour grow out so i always love to see women my age with natural hair colour <3

Sarah, thank you for being brutally honest and vulnerable. April's "we're all weird around the edges" is one of the greatest and funniest statements of all time! I love the fact that just by standing silent next to someone who is making a decision is the most impactful thing you can do. ❤❤❤❤❤

April's apron needs "Lulu pockets"!😊 I have to say that Sarah had the most productive first day I've ever seen on SMM. Usually people say they're ready and then on day one they are still keeping an insane amount. Sarah already had her declutter muscles honed & it was amazing to watch her make confident decisions. I have a mantra, “free has a high cost.”

This is a perfect declutter choice. So many storage units out there. Encouragement for others to do the same. So much money to save.

Storage units are both a statistically massive problem and an unfathomable financial drain. The costs could cover a professional organizer, a therapist, and even custom building extra storage. But the emotional weight of them is a roadblock to any freedom. This episode is important.

I thought I was going to be really sad today that its not another LuLu episode and then ..........along came Sarah ......LOVE HER ENERGY

I can totally relate to Sarah's situation. I worked in publishing for 30+ years. You can imagine the books and magazines I had stashed all over my apartment. I've gotten rid of at least 30 cartons of them over the past few years. I also used to pick up a lot of swag at work from advertisers, which I gifted to friends and family. Once I cleared out carloads of that stuff from my attic, I was able to empty out a storage space that I had rented for 25 YEARS, since the death of my father, and move that stuff to my apartment. Now I'm working on culling all of those items. It's like a full-time job.

Donate, donate, donate…I love her pay it forward spirit and her ability to part with what’s been weighing her down. She’s definitely an inspiration!!
