I Need To Sort This Immediately!!

Carol Ann , I can totally empathise with your complex about the carpet. I’ve been embarrassed about my minging carpets for ages, but so daunted by the thought of replacing them and the logistics involved. Well, at long last I was shamed into doing something about them. 3 weeks ago at 3am I was woken up , frantically, by my little Westie, to realise I was having a heart attack. Had to call 999. Within minutes the paramedics arrived. All I could think of was the disgusting carpets, even more so after I returned to consciousness, having received CPR on the carpet of the bedroom, carpet, aware of the revolting carpet. It was a relief to be carted off to hospital, and to know the paramedics were leaving with me, away from the carpets! Even 8 fractured ribs as a result of the CPR didn’t detract from my embarrassment or stress! So now , back at home, recovering, I’m on the case to replace the carpets throughout my flat. The gate is probably chained because people keep leaving it open, and if they have to keep sorting their sheep out from the neighbours etc they will get pretty wild. If this is the case, they should provide a style next to it.

That looked a fab day out Carol Ann. When I had my lodge in Builth Wells I would often just go for a drive and turn wherever I fancied. I found a number of beautiful places but could never find them again (I’m talking pre mobile and satnav)😂. Having somewhere in Wales you just have to enjoy walking in the rain, I love the sound of it on my hood or brolly and the smells. Loving the fringe at the start ❤

Carol I’m loving that colour on the floor, sage nice . You share my sense of direction,and my daughter always said we went on a lot of adventures when she was little. It wasn’t until she was older that she realised that we got lost most of the time.😂😂 love the videos as always stay happy and healthy ❤

The floor underneath looks like the floor boards builders use. When I got a small extension they used floor boards which were that mottled green colour. They do have a coating which makes them water resistant.

The problem with gates, is that sometimes people don’t always shut them. Perhaps the farmer has had his sheep escape because the gates get left open and he’s had to resort to chaining them.

Wow you should see mine i live with two crazy Basset hounds .. one drools and flicks he head daily I'm washing walls wiping slime from the TV screen, the carpet changes colour every day and the hallway well it's like being in an old western film dog hair rolls along the floor like tumble weed. 😂

I once had a vacuum cleaner salesman come knocking on my door, and I thought who's that now, so I opened the door and the salesman was standing with a electric vacuum cleaner, and he said good morning sir have you got a vacuum cleaner,I replied no but I've got a little eubank,he replied to me saying you need one of these magic vacuum cleaners , just then he tipped a big bag of soot on my hallway floor, I said oi oi oi what do you think you're doing, the salesman replied don't worry sir this vaccum cleaner is magic,I said to him it better be magic,because I've had my electric cut off 😂👍

The old floor colour (green) is beautiful. I am starting to like lino type flooring more. I am a bit sad the sofa will be going as I now love it. LOL 😊❤

Hello Carol Ann, lovely to see you back home at Willow Cottage. I was thinking about your floor what about putting Amtico Flooring down. Is that what you was talking about? it is very hard wearing and easy to just wipe down with the dogs. You are right it is a very British thing to talk about the weather🌞 How clever were those sheep🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑 moving to one side. Perhaps you can take Garry with you on a lovely walk together with Molly and Barney 😀 We buy our Harry the Julius-K9 Harness and it has the handle on the top. Harry has a black one and red one. I put them in the washing machine and they look as good as new and last for years. Watch out for the Ticks in the field with the sheep. Barney and Molly are so well behaved. Thank you for showing us around the lovely little church and for all the history. You are so clever the way you put the music to your videos. You are such a talented lady. That is a good idea with the doors Garry is such a handy man. Perhaps he can help you with the flooring. Fancy that! Carol Ann got lost, would never have thought it! Love it up there, its like a different world, and Henllen is a really nice little village. Roads can be confusing though. Take care.

Another great vlog Carol 😊 I also love looking at old churches 😊 Unfortunately these days there are a number of people that don't shut gates after themselves 🤷🏻‍♀️ It must be so annoying for the farmers and they have to keep their livestock safe. We have gates here that are chained as well on public rights of way. That's a great idea about a door on that side of the caravan 😊

you have dogs you need wood floor as well if possible a clean area outside before going in A HOSE undercover changing area where you can wash thier paws store wet items ect. or stair gates so when they come in. its only one area. which is easy to clean. like a out house.
