People need to train their dogs. Why is it jumping up on a stranger? Does it do this with stranger children as well? Ridiculous.

The scratches are completely worth it. When dog owners tell me their dog jumps when I ask to say hello, I tell them I don’t care. The more excited the better, shows there’s trust there
