Exact thing happened to my cousin doing wheelies at 50mph in the desert. Wasn't stuck throttle, more like whisky throttle. We kept him still and set a easy-up over him until an ambulance could get there 2 hrs later. Was a long hard recovery but he made it through. Best wishes dude.

I fell on my tailbone and 13 days later numbness and weakness down the back of my left leg from herniated disc. Spinal injuries fucking suck
