From breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a few supplements, these are my go to foods and more. I am a creature of habit, and really eat these things most days of the week, and rarely go out to eat. I wanna know exactly what's going in my body, and I feel like it's working pretty well so far! Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, wait 20 seconds, then add the ground chicken along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Break up the meat well and allow to cook just until it’s cooked through. Remove from pan, lower heat to medium-low. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan along with the onions and a small pinch of salt. Raise the heat back to medium and cook for 7 minutes until soft, then add the garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the garlic is soft. Add the sliced cabbage to the pan along with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir the cabbage well to coat it in the oil, onions, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes then add the tamari sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar or lime juice, sriracha, ginger powder, and mix well. Cook until their cabbage is wilted, but still has a nice bit to it. Check for seasoning, you may need more tamari. Turn heat down to medium-low and add the chicken back to the pan along with the sesame seeds. Mix well & serve! Chicken Thigh Recipe: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon each onion & garlic powder 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme Salt Extra virgn olive oil Marinate the chicken with a good pinch of salt and spice rub on each side a drizzle over 1/4 cup of olive oil and let marinate at least 2 hours. Grill until golden on each side, or cook in pan until done. Allow chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before you enjoy! Green Cabbage Slaw Recipe: 1/3 head green cabbage, cut thin and roughly chopped 1 large carrot, grated 1/4 cup mayo 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard 2 tablespoons strawberry vinegar 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Fresh black pepper Add cabbge to a large bowl with salt and massage together for 10 seconds. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and check for seasoning. You may need more mayo or vinegar. Will keep fresh in fridge for 2 days.
