Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, wait 20 seconds, then add the ground chicken along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Break up the meat well and allow to cook just until it’s cooked through. Remove from pan, lower heat to medium-low. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan along with the onions and a small pinch of salt. Raise the heat back to medium and cook for 7 minutes until soft, then add the garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the garlic is soft. Add the sliced cabbage to the pan along with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir the cabbage well to coat it in the oil, onions, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes then add the tamari sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar or lime juice, sriracha, ginger powder, and mix well. Cook until their cabbage is wilted, but still has a nice bit to it. Check for seasoning, you may need more tamari. Turn heat down to medium-low and add the chicken back to the pan along with the sesame seeds. Mix well & serve! Chicken Thigh Recipe: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon each onion & garlic powder 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme Salt Extra virgn olive oil Marinate the chicken with a good pinch of salt and spice rub on each side a drizzle over 1/4 cup of olive oil and let marinate at least 2 hours. Grill until golden on each side, or cook in pan until done. Allow chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before you enjoy! As a longtime subscriber, I want to urge you not to promote misleading 'avocado' mayonnaises that rely on seed oil fillers. When I reached out for comment, brands like Primal Kitchen and Chosen Foods were dismissive, but the UC Davis research on avocado oil purity speaks for itself. I hope you'll focus on products that are transparent and 100% genuine.
I call BS on the eggs. We raise chickens. I know what eggs should taste and look like. I have people that we call winter birds, they leave this area for the winter. They buy those so called pasture raised eggs and complain about the lack of color and taste and they don't compare to the eggs they buy from us. Those farms will hatch chicks, leave them INSIDE until they are ready to lay, then they open a door for them to go out just so they can call them pasture raised. Well if you know chickens, they won't leave the area that they have always known. All they do is open a door and they can call them pasture raised. It's BS.
I put all recipes & links to websites in the description box. Hope you enjoyed this one!?
Is that the mayo that lied about using avocado?
Apparently the chosen avocado mayo is fake though :(
Siete chips and foods are now owned by PepsiCo... Don't trust them any more 😖

Regarding the Avocado Oil scandal... Until proven otherwise, I don't think these products should be advertised. For anyone else having questions here, watch Thomas Delauer's video posted yesterday. He has an expert speaking out on this.
Are you going to address the UC Davis study showing the manufacturers are lying about their 100% avocado oil labeling?
Rumor has it that supplements from Amazon can be fake ones from brands that are good. Is this possible?
Also everyone: a 16 hour window without food is very beneficial. The body starts on the 13th hour with amazing benefits. Study and learn the miraculous benefits as each hour going higher. Wean yourself into it. Watch Dr. Eric Berg. He's amazing!
We only ate out 2x last year!!!! People thought we were nuts, lol. It's way more fun, cost effective, creative and safe to cook and eat at home. Thanks for your recipes, Bobby! We also like to make up our own using clean ingredients. It definitely makes a difference. My annual physical bloodwork is a testament to what eating clean does to keep you in good health.... late 60's and early 70's for my hubby and I. Great info on your channel. Keep it coming!!!
I tried the Base Culture plain bread once and it tasted worse than cardboard.
You sure about the eggs company?
I’m about to turn 48, but I need the menopause version of this. Considering health declining as estrogen declines. 😩🥴
Way too much carbo-khrap. High in grains and potato-oxalates. Prior to 400 years ago we never touched potato. Tip: adding calcium citrate powder to foods like cocoa helps bind and eliminate soluble oxalates.
At 67, I basically follow the human appropriate diet... beef bacon, butter, eggs, chicken seafood all single ingredient foods nothing comes in a package or box. I'm on no medication and no supplement except vitamin D3 with K2 and creatine. And I know it sounds cliche but i100% feel better than I did in my 50s no more joint ache inflammation ibs or brain fog.
More of these videos, Bobby! Thanks for sharing!
Protein shakes on clearance at Target for $17 each, still kind of expensive. I'd rather spend money on whole foods rather than convenience gimmicks.
