This week we got chatting to Sam Hoey on the family dairy farm, where he works alongside his Dad, Granda and Granny to keep the farm running. They've got a surprising amount of machinery but that's exactly how they like it. The Kongskilde 1060 (JF) being the star of the show that plays a big roll in bringing in their silage for the year. The business was started in 2009 by current director Gareth Gault, known to fans as ‘Donkey’. His love and passion for machinery allowed him to experiment with cameras and upload content to YouTube. To his surprise, a large following soon developed and the niche in the market for real-life, documentary, farming and machinery action made it possible to drive the brand forward. We at GRASSMEN, pride ourselves on providing an exclusive look into agricultural manufacturers, meeting real, working farmers, showing and demonstrating tractors and machinery through all seasons such as silage and slurry and ultimately educating and entertaining our fans. If you love all things agriculture from top manufacturers such as John Deere, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, JCB, Land Rover and many many more, come and join #teamgrassmen, we would love to have you! #grassmen #contracting #farming #machinery #silage

Running a neat set up. Fair play.
Thank you for taking the time out to film this family farm. Can you tell them that it's nice to see clean and well presented tractors and equipment. It shows they are taking care of there gear. BIG tank you.
Just beautiful thanks Grassmen 😊
Great vid again! Are we ever gonna see Ryan doc on again or Eddie gamble like the arl days
Any particular reason to fill to the left?
Did I pick him up right, 107 cows but cutting 120 acres in each cut? And 700 bales, sounds like an awful lot of fodder.
Very cool operation👍😄 thanks for sharing👍👍
Great operation . Its nice to see a dairy farmer looking after his kit .. and even better seeing him load the herron trailer the propper way 😂
No idea what he said but looks great, good to see young blokes getting into it
Great setup definitely takes the drivers for the JF. I remember us having to re-bend the steps on our MF 3080 after they were drove into when she ran the Tex-X. Would be interested to see how he would get on with a wagon, but saying an 8 mile draw one wagon would be slow too. Definitely a lot less mechanical heartbreak compared to a second hand Jag.
