A few autumn days at my little mountain cabin in northern Sweden. Lumi and I escaped to the mountains for a few days, surrounded by forests, open wide spaces and wild rivers. Life has also been very full lately with work, photography and preparations for our new jewelry collection, so these days at the cabin felt extra special. I hope you enjoy coming along with us 🤍 THANK YOU for being here! Lately, a lot of people have been popping up on YouTube copying Jonna's video concept, but Jonna's videos are—and will remain—the most artistic; bravo, Jonna 👊🏼 Hello from France 🇫🇷
Oh Jonna, the part of the video where you are with sweet, gentle Nanook really got to me . I am writing this with tears running down my cheeks. What a beautiful/sad memory. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Nanook in the hearts of millions of people forever.
Nature is not dying, it's just recycling itself. Energy cannot die, it can only change. 🍂
I am an old woman. When I was young, I wanted to be a writer, a poet, an artist, and was motivated to follow the course. Then my father suddenly died. Everything changed in the blink of an eye. I suddenly found myself in nursing school and became an RN. It almost seemed like it happened in a dream. I too am an introvert and am drained after social interactions. Being hyper sensitive in a good way, I was able to care for my patients in a unique way. That was my life for 50 years. There is so much I could share with you Jonna. It is as if circumstances changed the course of my life, but my core remained the same. Now, I know you and I, and so many others alive on this earth are made from the same fabric. How I love to watch your videos. It is as if I have met a kindred spirit / a soul angel. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself and exposing your beautiful soul for the world to see. Thank you for your honesty and humble words in this video. I know you have helped many people. God bless you. Big hug from the US. ❤ Love to Lumi.
sometimes I struggle to watch your videos - much like I struggle with being inroverted and empathic. I feel everything - the energy of the universe, your pain over losing Nanuck, the love you have for Lumi, the desire to learn and know people but at the same time feel so drained by the interactions, even when those interactions are full of love. Its wonderful to know I'm not alone - and I can't thank you enough for being so open to share. I feel like your videos are a safe space where my feelings can come out and I won't be judged. That feels like an odd thing to say, but it is true. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and wonderful world with us Jonna.

"Letting go doesn't mean losing anything, it simply means making space for what comes next." ❤
I think some introverted people have a heightened awareness of their surroundings. They notice the subtle details, the atmosphere, and even the conversations happening around them — sometimes following several conversations in a room at the same time. While this can be a beautiful way of experiencing the world, it can also become overwhelming and exhausting quite quickly. Perhaps that is why moments of solitude and quiet can feel so deeply restorative.
Jonna, you are describing what is called a Highly Sensitive Personality (HSP). HSP's (I am one) can be very extroverted in certain situations, but then the social "battery" becomes depleted and that's why you go home and have to recover. I spent a career as a teacher and was very extroverted in the classroom. But every day when I went home I didn't want to talk to anyone, I needed that recovery time. People who only knew me from teaching were surprised that I was introverted in the rest of my life. Being an HSP also comes with an exceptional ability to feel other people's feelings and having empathy. That also takes a lot of energy. Anyway, I would not change who I am and I don't think you would either, it's all good! And thank you for the short clips of Nanook on the mountain. 🙂
Lumi is such a perfect name for her. She's such a bright light.
the clips of Nanook made me cry, we all miss him, but you have another special soul in Lumi now xx
What a privilege to be so free and safe in such a beautiful clean country!!
I am sick and don’t have much time left… I feel like autumn in human form 🍂 ❤️🇨🇦
“Slow and cozy in a mountain cabin” sounds amazing and very therapeutic ❤
I feel your pain & missing Nanook. He’ll always be part of your heart. I am glad you have Lumi, it’s not about letting go of Nanook, Lumi is just adding to your heart.❤
Jonna, I wouldn't be surprised if most of your audience are introverts. Your lifestyle is alluring to us.
It is completely normal for those who are highly empathic to feel drained after social interaction. The challenge is to be able to protect and differentiate the energy of others from your own. You are a beautiful soul who is perfect in who you are. Much love!❤❤
Saving this for tonight to watch under a blanket, with a hot cup of tea and my cat. Sending you so much love Jonna 🥰
There is a raw, poetic simplicity to this whole video. It really reminds us to slow down and notice the subtle shifts in nature. So inspiring to watch. ❤
Your vlogs are like therapy for me. So relaxing and peaceful. I long to see northern Sweden someday soon. Just so beautiful.
