Aspyn when you said low ferritin I ran to the comments cause Ive had low ferritin for years and I think you’d like to know that low ferritin contributes so much to anxiety, depression and ocd! Basically when ferritin is low the hormones take a hit so all those good feeling hormones and ones that help us regulate are not working properly!! Definitely research it!

Soo happy to watch this as a queer mama who's also experienced enm. I had two boyfriends who ended up dating each other. I don't think a lot of people can understand that it's not that crazy to have a partner of a partner be into you because you already have a massive thing in common which is the person you both love.
