Sucks to be in this situation, but at least he wasn't aggressive and admitted to being at fault, seen some situations where they try to run away or come out agressive ready to fight even though they themselves caused the accident

I was looking left for aboit 40 secinds trying to turn right the other day. Literally 1 second before i turned a bicyclist flew past me on the sidewalk going a good 12+mph. Had i hit the gas 1 second sooner i probably would have clippes his rear tire. Dudes a fucking idiot for flying by a car without making eye contact but of course it woulda been my fault for no reason other than the dude beimg an idiot. Made that turn 100 times. Never expected that idiocracy
