Sounds like someone at the delivery company took it for a few joyrides... maybe a date or two! Always put a TRACKER in your cars before handing them over. It reveals some wild mysteries. I tracked my Benz when the dealer had it for tint removal, turned out the old lady doing the transport was hitting 90+ in a 55! They only had it for a day so luckily no extra trips.
