Hey Burto, AirPods don't reduce sound pressure, the active noise cancelling just cancels out the soundwaves and doesn't offer any hearing protection (Noise reduction rating). Burton does such awesome work! But I hate to be that guy, but your channel I would assume is watched by a lot of people and especially young people who like to tackle this kinda stuff themselves, it would be good to see safe working practices setting the standard and removing the stigma around wearing PPE. I've noticed a lot of the time Burton uses the grinder he has no safety glasses, and it only takes 2 seconds to put some on, but even less time to lose an eye or get metal in it. As a boilermaker, it's something you constantly have to be conscious about. But great to see he did step it up throughout the video!

Welder sounds like ship. Turn the pulse off. You don't need it on 1.6 to 3mm wall tube. Pulse is for thin wall where you are worried about blowing through. Single pulse at most if you need it. I have welded 22 gauge 0.76mm car panels with .08mm wire and stitch welded them with a normal mig, no pulse. Good to see you are using electro galv sheet . Best stuff to use for body work, just whip along the flat edges with a flappy disk to remove the galv before welding. Tack weld everything before welding fully to eliminate warping or distortion due to heat input.
