I love you guys! Hope you enjoyed this weeks vlog xx GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN & RICE Ingredients: • 4 chicken breasts • About 5 garlic cloves, grated • Soy sauce, enough to drizzle over the chicken • 1 stick of butter (½ cup) • Salt, to taste • Lemon, to taste • 1 cup rice Instructions: 1. Add the chicken breasts to your slow cooker. Top with the grated garlic, a drizzle of soy sauce, the butter and a little salt. 2. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through and tender—mine cooked for about 4–5 hours. 3. Add the lemon and rice toward the end of cooking. If using uncooked rice, make sure there’s enough liquid for it to absorb, adding water or broth as needed. Cover and continue cooking until the rice is tender. 4. Stir everything together and taste before adding any extra salt. BEEF STEW WITH RED WINE & ROSEMARY I eyeballed the amounts for this one, so adjust the beef and vegetables to suit your batch! Ingredients: • Stewing beef, cut into chunks • Flour, enough to lightly coat the beef • Garlic powder and salt, to taste • A little oil, for searing • Celery, chopped • Onion, chopped • Carrots, chopped • Potatoes, cut into chunks • Red wine, for deglazing • About ½ tube tomato paste • A splash of Worcestershire sauce • 1 packet McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix • 1 carton beef broth • Bay leaves • Rosemary Instructions: 1. Toss the beef with flour, garlic powder and salt until lightly coated. 2. Heat a little oil in a large pot and sear the beef in batches until browned. Remove and set aside. 3. Add the celery, onion, carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for a few minutes. 4. Pour in the red wine, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom. Let it reduce for a few minutes. 5. Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, then add the seasoning packet, beef broth, bay leaves and rosemary. 6. Return the beef and any juices to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover and cook until the beef is tender. 7. Remove the lid for roughly the last hour and continue gently simmering to let the broth reduce, stirring occasionally. 8. Remove the bay leaves and any rosemary stems before serving. slow cooker: https://a.co/d/0htTv6k0 Shop my favs: https://shopmy.us/shop/paigelorenze?tab=latest Shop my closet: https://www.ebay.com/usr/paigelorenze Shop Dairy Boy: https://dairyboy.com Revolve favs: https://rvlv.me/umqxys
