For anyone who was confused, the wheels don't look like they're spinning because they were spinning at the same frame rate as the camera being used to record. The way recording works, is that when you record the camera is actually taking many pictures for the video, If the camera is 40fps that equals 40 pictures taken per second. If it's 50 then therefore it's 50 pictures per second. Every time the camera is taking these many pictures the wheel has already spun back to it's original position, giving it the illusion of not spinning. This may not get many likes, but I thought I'd give ya'll the explanation. Have a good day!
