Two very different milestones, but both had me thinking about how quickly these kids are growing up. 🚗 A FIRST CAR! After months of searching, comparing listings, and plenty of car-shopping adventures, we finally found a car for our oldest daughter! I share more about the whole experience, the excitement of finding the right one, and what it's like watching your child take another big step toward independence. How did we get here already?! 👓 FIRST GLASSES! Our youngest daughter had her first eye exam, and we learned that she could benefit from glasses. The next day, we headed to Costco to pick out her very first pairs! There were so many cute options, and we had a little moment of helping her feel confident and excited about wearing them. Another reminder that our babies aren't babies for long! 🍅 A DINNER THAT WAS A HIT! I also make a delicious tomato tortellini soup that was a big hit with the family. You know I love finding meals that are easy, comforting, and actually get everyone excited to sit down and eat! 🛍️ ALEX'S GARAGE SALE FINDS! Alex randomly scored some garage sale treasures, and I'm not even kidding when I say these might be some of the BEST things he's ever brought home! 😂 You'll have to see what he found. And of course, there's plenty of everyday life, random thoughts, and all the little things happening around our house. It's a little bit of everything, just like a normal week around here! My boys are 5 and 8 and have been wearing glasses for the last 2 years. We’ve only ever had one pair for them each, they’re super good about keeping them on and putting them in a safe place
You have such a blessed life. I have been watching since Avalina was maybe 4 or 5. It’s crazy how fast (and slow) time goes. Enjoy every minute of each stage. Each new stage is so fun and exciting.

How exciting for Avalina! I had glasses when I was in kindergarten, so I get it. Blind most of my life. Finally was eligible for lasik a few years ago, first day waking up not blind was the most craziest thing ever and so nice ❤ thanks for doing all you doing and sharing everything! Love your channel

Yes...we pray...and stare at life 360 😂. You were so chill in the car with her! When im with my son (he's 18) he scares the ever loving crap out of me 😅 But yeah...my daughter is in her 2nd year of college and my son is a senior...and I have no clue how we got here 😢 You really have to cherish every single minute bc it goes so fast and its just a blur.
We bought a 2012 Camry brand new and that thing has been AMAZING! It is about to hit 200k and never a single issue. We are a Toyota family now bc of that car.
